A Peek Over The Plans: Maricopa is Building a Bright Future (Volume 7)

MARICOPA, AZ – June 4, 2020

Contractors, developers, and small business owners have been utilizing our existing virtual services to ensure that their projects continue on schedule! Maricopa continues to ensure work gets done while still being responsible and following public health guidelines and instructions. Below is a recap of development near Madison Pointe, one of the many exciting projects happening around our city. During the planning and development process the project may change slightly from what is depicted below.

Madison Pointe

Madison Pointe is a new retail center on John Wayne Parkway.

Sitting between the Edison Place and Maricopa Town Plaza developments, Madison Pointe continues our stream of commercial projects to meet the needs of Maricopans.

With four PAD sites the two developments below are just half of what will be coming to Madison Pointe.

John Wayne Parkway Self Storage Facility

John Wayne Parkway Self Storage will be the second finished piece of the four-site Madison Pointe retail center.

Boasting 135,000 sq ft of space with abundant landscaping, this project is the largest piece of Madison Pointe by square footage.

AAMCO

Nearly ready to open its doors, the new AAMCO will be the first phase completed of Madison Pointe – followed by the new John Wayne Parkway Self Storage Facility, with additional retail to follow.

This project features Western agrarian elements to complement the surrounding Heritage District, continuing the tradition of building a sense of place while offering needed goods and services to our growing community.

This project will fill in one of the last remaining undeveloped sites north of the overpass on John Wayne Parkway. To view a video of the site, and to learn how the history of our community continues to inspire the architecture and design of new buildings in the Heritage District, view the site at www.WhatsNewMaricopa.com.

The City of Maricopa is proud to help ensure projects, no matter the stage of development, are able to proceed uninterrupted.
